#Poornam_Paryavaran_Award
#PoornamEcovisionFoundation is a Pune based social organisation working in the field of waste management & environment. Since 2020, the organisation has been giving two awards namely 'Paryavaran Mitra' and 'Paryavaran Hitvardhini' on a yearly basis.
#Paryavaran_Mitra is awarded to young entrepreneurs/individuals working in the field of environment either giving service for betterment of the environment or manufacturing products which are eco-friendly. Purpose of this award is to bring such entrepreneurs before the society for the good services that they offer for betterment of the environment. Geographical boundaries for the registration of this award is Pune District.
#Paryavaran_Hitavardhini is awarded to a residential campus/society who prepared/installed/maintained their environmental infrastructure so as to reduce their carbon footprint on a broader scale. It includes in house treatment of waste water, solid waste, and use of resources like water, energy, land etc. in a more sustainable way. Purpose of this award is to showcase the good efforts of the societies before the public and to encourage more and more societies to become sustainable. Geographical boundaries for the registration of this award is Pune Municipal Corporation region.
This application (links given below) is to accept nominations for both the award - 'Paryavaran Mitra' & 'Paryavaran Hitavardhini'. All are welcomed to participate & requested to allow this initiative to reach the maximum number of people.
Last date of application is 7th November 2022. Necessary visits for further information at the selected participants/societies will be done by the authorities, during 8th November 2022 to 14th November 2022. The award will be awarded on 20th November, 2021, Foundation Day of Poornam Ecovision Foundation.
