Event Details
Poornam Ecovision Foundation conducted a nature trail through the ARAI tekdi and the quarry. 20 nature enthusiasts including Poornam employees participated in the trail.
Apeksha Darshetkar, Kaiwalya Behere and Manashree Bapat were the guides and experts who enlightened us with fun facts, and knowledge about geographical features of the land in and around Pune, history of the hills, various bird species and their habitats, indentifying them, dragonflies and types of dragonflies (from Odonata order) and a lot more.
Participants got to learn about many things. It was truly a morning full of observations, conversation and give n take of knowledge about the nature and ecosystems we all live in and should be aware of.
The trail concluded with felicitating the experts with small token from Poornam.
