For any country to be sustainable, it must fulfill all 17 sustainable development goals, which is one of the agendas of the Paris Agreement. As a developing nation, it becomes challenging to compete with developed countries while fulfilling SDGs. One such example is highlighted by Maharashtra Times. Pune Mahapalika needs to take strategic decisions to fulfill SDG 8 (Economic Growth) and SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation).
