About PEHEL
PEHEL (Plastic & E-waste Handling for Eco-friendly Lifestyle) is a citywide initiative dedicated to promoting responsible waste management and creating a greener future for Pune. Over the past several years, Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), Cummins India Foundation, KPIT, and various social organizations have collaboratively organized this mega-drive to raise awareness and encourage citizens to dispose of their household plastic and e-waste responsibly. Continuing this effort, PEHEL 2026 will be conducted on 22nd February, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, across multiple locations in Pune. We urge all Punekars to come forward and contribute by donating the unused, damaged, or recyclable plastic and e-waste items from their homes. Your participation not only supports environmental conservation but also helps in ensuring that these materials are reused or recycled through proper channels.
