About P-CARE
The Centre for Applied Research & Environment (CARE) was established during the 2022–23 academic year as Poornam Ecovision’s dedicated platform for applied environmental research, policy engagement, and collaborative action. Rooted in the principle of engagement with purpose, CARE brings together communities, academic institutions, students, policymakers, and industry partners to address pressing environmental and social challenges across rural, urban, and policy contexts
