Under the Paripoornam project, we not only initiate cloth collection drives but also actively engage in community outreach programs, host awareness session, and welcome individual contributions. These efforts are the cornerstone of our mission to gather discarded or unused fabric from various sources. Every piece of fabric collected serves as invaluable raw material for our upcycling initiatives, ensuring that even the smallest donation contributes to our larger goal of waste reduction and sustainable fabric management. Through these collective efforts, we strive to transform what might be considered waste into beautiful, and eco-friendly upcycled products, embodying our commitment to environmental sustainability.

We believe in the power of giving back to our community, and by donating fabrics to Sevadeep, we aim to support their mission of providing clothing and essentials to those in need. Through this collaboration, we hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing hardship, ensuring that they have access to basic necessities and resources. Together, we can create a more compassionate and inclusive society, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

We conduct training programs and workshops in our centre located at Vadgaon Budruk to empower individuals, particularly women, with the skills and knowledge needed for fabric upcycling. Our goal is to build capacity within the community, fostering entrepreneurship and sustainability. Through hands-on training and mentorship, participants learn various techniques of fabric upcycling, from basic sewing skills to advanced design concepts.

To expand our impact, we have established training centres in three more locations across Pune. These centres serve as hubs for learning and collaboration, providing local communities with access to resources and support for their upcycling projects. Each centre is equipped with facilities and tools tailored to different skill levels, ensuring that our programs are accessible and effective in promoting sustainable practices. Paripoornam showcases its upcycled products through promotion stalls set up at various locations. These stalls serve as physical touchpoints for customers to explore and purchase our unique offerings. We participate in exhibitions, community events, and markets to reach a wider audience and promote sustainable fashion. Visitors to our stalls can learn about our mission, interact with artisans, and support our cause by purchasing upcycled products.
